Designed to improve and enhance communications between business users and Digital consultants, STAR was a method for analysing business requirements and identifying solutions.

 

By using a visual wall charting approach complex business activities were easily and effectively described in a way that everyone could understand. The global picture that emerged from a STAR study enabled individuals see the need for change.
